DIY: Strawberry Nails

The last time, we tried to make some gorgeous Melon nails, this time we will explain how to create your own Strawberry nails. It will take some time to do all your ten nails, but maybe with your best friend and a cup of tea, the Sunday afternoon is over before you notice! :)

For these nails, we used; Catrice Bloody Mary To Go, a nail polish from Essence in a green/blue color, Catrice Acid/DC and a base-coat from the Hema. If you want, you can of course choose some other strawberry-related colors!

Step 1: Begin with the base coat. Then make your nail all red. This is something we believe every girl can do ;)
Step 2: Make the bottom of the nail green/blue. You can use a pencil or a wooden skewer to make those peaks!
Step 3: Now you can add (again with the pencil or the wooden skewer) some dots on your nails. You can choose yourself if you want them big our small!

We are eager to see some results! :)
So, if you tried this yourself, just mail or tweet us the pictures and maybe
we will show you gorgeous nails on our blog! :)

DIY: Real chocolate mask

We all love facial masks, that makes our face shine again! We found this inspiring movie on Youtube about how to make your own mask, made of chocolate! :) The only problem; how to put it on your face instead of accidently eat it! ^^

The only three things you need: Chocolate (of course), honey and yoghurt or whipped cream! Bubzbeauty will show you in the next video how to make this delicious mask!

We both were very inspired by this movie. So.... just have a little patience! Our (failure?) video will follow soon...

Did you ever try to make your own mask?

Nail Art: Melon

One of are favourite recipes against boredom? Getting our nails done! Especially when we are allowed to go crazy a do some fun nail-art, like applying some juicey fruit.  How to make nail arts like these? Easy peasy, Melon Squeezy!
1. Apply a basecoat to make your nail smooth and to prevent that your nail gets coloured.

2. Apply on your whole nail a nice ''melon pink'' colour. We used Catrice Aretha's R-E-S-P-I-N-K!

3. Add the green peel of the melon on top of your nail.

4. Adjust, preferably with a nail art pen, a white line onder this green line. We've used Catrice Snowmotion.

5. Finally add some melon seeds by applying a few dotts with a special dotting tool. Or as we improvised it: with a pencil!

What do you think about this nail art?
